Hi,
I booked the Internet Cable connection by order number xxxxxxxx but recived the mail that it is canceled due to security and overlapping reasons. I requested to canceled the previous order and activate connection placed by order number xxxxxxxx.
I received the mail then you will take care but I didn't received any information. Unfortunately, now invoice is including the shipping cost which is unnesessary added to the invoice. I also informed via email but don't think anything will happen.
I request you from this forum to look into this matter and do the needful...
