I have cable internet which drops all the time and after trying all of the self help advice it simply does not improve. I also pay for the fastest speed yet my speed is always 30/40mb! When I try to reach someone for support I don't get through, when I request a call they tell me to call, the chat bot is useless and I cannot make any progress.
I am fed up so just want to know if anyone has advice on how i can cancel my contract? Surely I should be able to cancel if I am not recieving the service I pay for?
