you are a cable customer leaving Germany? Then we have here some useful information you.
As a cable customer you can inform us of your move here using this form.
When on that page, please type in your moving date (dd.mm.yy).
For moving abroad, please klick here
Go to the next page an fill in your personal data and customer number. After pushing your are done.
After a few days you'll receive a confirmation that your cable contract will be cancelled under the following conditions:
Please note: Of course you can also use this form for "normal" removals within Germany. Then simply skip the point for "moving abroad" and fill in the new German address.
Foreign cable customers from the federal states of Hesse, North Rhine-Westphalia and Baden-Württemberg please use this way to report their move within or out of Germany.
