contract change after first year

I have a Vodafone Red Internet 400 package, and I am currently struggling on administrative issues with it.

When I signed the contract last year I was told that I can freely change it after the first year, to reduce the internet speeds and thus the costs. The first year was a special offer. Actually this was the only reason I chose the 400Mb contract, since for me 100 would have been more than enough. Before the first year period was over, I had gone to the customer service and I asked for this reduction. I was told it is all set and will be done, but since then (more than 2 months) I heard nothing (only an automatic answer) and already received 2 bills with still the 400 contract.

Beside this I am also experiencing some technical problems. The TV box tends to loose the wifi connection frequently - especially when entering its menu system. No other devices have any connection issues. This is very annoying to pay so much to an unwanted and not working service.

Please let me know what would be the procedure to reduce the internet speed and to change my contract to the originally wanted 100.
