Hello, I have a contract that started on 22 December, a cable contract. however, I have no cable socket at home, and also I did not order the fritzbox accidentally. what do I do now? I called the operator and they were no help at all, with my very little German I did not understand very well what they said. Can anyone from Vodafone help me here?
