Hello, Team!
My router reboots periodically, at least once per day during business hours.
Today it rebooted 2 times.
Considering that I work from home office, this is absolutely unacceptable.
I've already created 3 tickets before, no actual result unfortunately.
Also, I've noticed that when my router reboots, the identical one in neighbouring apartment stays online,
my mobile switch to that WLAN, which means the line is OK.
I believe if the problem was with the line all routers would reboot simultaneously, but that is not the case.
Can you replace the router, please, and arrange a technician again to check the line and make sure the line is OK?

I just looked at this and noticed that the cable router has been online continuously for the last 3 days.
When did you notice the last outage?

I've also noticed today that the router reboots when I try to login into it, or refresh the page once logged in.
I've tried a few times with different browsers, got 5 reboots out of 6 trials.
This is unusual behaviour, which hasn't occured before. I suspect there is an issue with the router.
Any ideas? Can we, probably, replace it? As I mentioned earlier, I need a stable connection due to home work.

the signal is stable. It seems, the router is not. Please try a factory reset. If this will not work, I'd like to replace the router free of charge, okay?

factory reset done yesterday, connection was ok until I tried to log in.
Once logged in - router rebooted again 😞
Seems like it has some problems.
Can we go for replacement?

Hi Oleg_Merzlikin,
The new modem will be on its way to you shortly. You can exchange it directly. It will log on by itself. You can then send the old router back to us free of charge within 14 days with the return note.
