Hello - i'm writing here as i don't speak German well enough to call the helpline.
My router was meant to be delivered today but it got sent to a parcel collection location instead. The DHL tacking number in my email is invalid and so is the link in the email which leads to the DHL website. So i am unable to track where the router is, which shop.
Could someone please assist me with the next best step?
