I ordered Cable internet (Mannheim, Germany) and Vodafone GMBH sent a router via DHL service and the package is expected to be delivered today. But DHL is returning the package back to Vodafone GMBH and stated reason as "does not meet our shipping conditions". Really confused and not sure - how am I going to receive the router? Is Vodafone GMBH going to ship router again? Please help asap and also talk to DHL service and understand the reason please. Let me know if you need DHL tracking ID details. Thanks.
