Hi, I have used the Vodafone cable box TG3442DE since 2021 with no problems. It now has a flashing red light on the Internet light. I have completed a normal reset and a factory reset but it still does not work. There are no reported network failures in the area (85635 Höhenkirchen-Siegertsbrunn).
I cannot raise a help ticket because the reset password functionality in the app does not send me an email. So I am stuck.
What could be the issue?

There is no more individual support here in the forum. Support in English is available via WhatsApp
