Hi!
Since recently my router behaves badly. Miserable speed, constant disconnects, I have to reboot it sometimes every 15 mins or so. I tried "reset to factory defaults" thing but it didn't seem to help much. Also 5Ghz part is not working at all. So I'm pretty sure that the device is the issue here because it worked fine when it arrived. So please let me know how do we arrange the replacement.

Why do I see other similar topics on the forum where OPs are being politely offered to write a DM with personal data and their issue is being resolved, while here I must prove something to someone who doesn't even bother to read properly? Is Vodafone not responsible for devices they hand over to people? I just don't get why trying to convince me that "30mbits with disconnects is fine" instead of just replace the freaking router?

pressing reset button too short does result in a complete factory reset
also sometimes first reset is not successfully...

Hi RobertP. I did the factory reset again, with timer, for exactly 20 seconds. All issues still persist and I rebooted it multiple times already since then...
