Hello!
I have recently started my contract for Kabel in BW. My router was not received by me due to wrong address and it was sent back to vodafone. However, in myvodafone page it's shown as received and installed. My service already started today so I'm paying for something that I didn't receive. As I work from home, I urgently need my router.

otherwise the router won't be send out 2 u again !

Update: I got my router after 30 calls. Terrible customer service. Will cancel my contract.
