My fritzbox router is dead. Power LED not blinking at all

Hi. My fritzbox router is suddenly dead. It is not turning on. I have tried with 2 different power adapters. I have tried reaching customer care but it is mostly in german. Can you please initiate an exchange for new router? my kundennummer is 0019***.

I'm sorry that your router stopped working.

If the leds are not glowing, this is most likely a hardwaredefect.
