Missing parts for installation

Hi! I recieved my Vodafon router today. But I seem to be missing the cable socket and the cable. I tried calling customer service but there is no english support available. How do I get the missing parts?

Hier im Forum gibt es keinen Support mehr. Da musst du dich an die Hotline wenden oder es nochmal per Facebook oder Twitter probieren.
