I have bought Vodafone GigaZuhause 500 Kabel connection very recently.
I have received the Vodafone station via DHL along with instructions and activation code.
I followed the steps, set up the whole system via DSL and activated the subscription, but the internet is not available for last one week, the internet red light is still blinking.
I have called customer number and submitted my issue twice but no progress.
Please provide help.
First: you have a cable connection - not DSL (totally different technology), so to avoid confusion when talking to support use the correct name.
