Hello,
I hope it's okay that I write in English as my German is limited.
I visited my local Vodafone shop on Saturday to report an issue with my internet connection. The connection had been working fine in the days before, but suddenly stopped — the internet LED on my router is showing red instead of green.
A ticket was created at the shop, and I received a message saying my connection would be reconfigured and monitored for 24 hours. However, the issue is still not resolved and it doesn't seem like any progress is being made.
This is becoming very frustrating because I work remotely and rely entirely on my home internet to do my job. I've now been unable to work properly since the weekend, which is seriously affecting me.
Is it possible to have a technician sent out to investigate the issue on-site? I feel like a remote fix isn't working in this case and someone needs to physically check the connection.
my WiFi router model is an easybox 805 and it is a DSL connection
Thank you for any help.
Best regards

There is no more individual support here in the forum. Support in English is available via WhatsApp
The forum is now just a customer helping customer forum.
Best regards Kurt
