IPhone/IPad/IMac verlieren WLAN-Verbindung zur Vodafone Station

Seit 6 Wochen habe ich die Vodafone Station inkl. Red 1000 Cable. Die Geschwindigkeit ist perfekt. Ich nutze auch die WLAN Funktion der Vodafone Station (vorher Apple Time Capsule). Seit der Vodafone Station verlieren meine Geräte fast täglich einmal die WLAN-Verbindung. Die Lösung ist dann, kurz in den Flugmodus zu schalten und wiede zurück. Das ist natürlich kein Zustand und nervt.

Details zu meinem Setup:

Vodafone Station von Technicolor, Firmware 2.0.17.-IMS-KDG, Hardware-Typ & Version 1.0.2

Alle "WLAN-beweglichen Komponenten ausgeschaltet": Unterschiedliche SSIDs für 2.4GHz und 5 GHz, Feste Kanäle und kein Band Steering.

Hilft hier Firmware 2.0.18?

Hi Marco,

erstmal vielen Dank für deine Unterstützung. 2.0.18 ist angekommen.

Leider ist mein Problem immer noch vorhanden:

Ca. täglich blockiert bei einem Gerät (IPhone/IPad/...) das WLAN.

WLAN-Symbol wird oben noch angezeigt, aber es gibt keinen Zugriff mehr.

Alle anderen Geräte können ganz normal über das WLAN weiterarbeiten.

Einmal kurz bei diesem Gerät Flugmodus an und aus und das blockierte Gerät arbeitet normal weiter.

Bisherige Einstellungen, um das Problem einzugrenzen:

- Getrennte SSID

- Band Steering aus

- WAP+WPA2

- Nur 5 GHz, 2.4 GHz aus

- Feste Kanäle

Trotzdem gab es noch einmal täglich einen "Internet Block".

Jetzt haben ich bei der Vodafone Station wieder alles auf Standard:

- Keine getrennten SSID, Band Steering aktiviert, WPA2

Dann einen Neustart - und: ist leider wieder aufgetreten:

Situation gestern Abend um 21:06 (Log 19:06), als ich im iPhone Browser oben einen Suchbegriff eingegeben habe.

Dazu habe ich das Eventlog, dass ich zu diesem Zeitpunkt abgerufen haben, beigefügt.

Kann ich noch mit weiteren Informationen dazu beitragen?

Zusätzlich habe ich bei iPhone / iPad den Browser-Cache gelöscht und die Netzwerkeinstellungen zurückgesetzt und mich dann neu am Vodafone Station WLAN angemeldet.

Folgendes habe ich zeitgleich zum WLAN-Block eines Geräts im Ereignislog der Vodafone Station gefunden:

[88000102]: Device disconnected DA:5D:2D:00:00:00 REASON-CODE=8

Allerdings sieht die Mac-Adresse interessant aus. Sie entspricht keinem meiner Geräte.

Interessant ist auch, dass mein iPhone und mein iPad nicht in der Vodafone Admin Konsolen Übersicht angezeigt werden, auch wenn sie verbunden und in Verwendung sind.

Welche weiteren Infos kann ich noch liefern?

kannst Du bitte mal einen MAC-Filter einrichten und somit nur Deinen Geräten den Zugriff erlauben? Merkwürdigerweise kann ich zu den MACs keinen Hersteller finden.
