EasyBox 804 activation not complete

Hi. Sorry for the english, but my german is nicht gut. I got a new DSL connection to my new place, and the technician came today and check and connected everything in the basement and in my apartment. I received and entered the MIC as per the instructions I received via SMS, but it is now stuck on the EasyBox is underactivation for the past 7-8 hours. How long is this supposed to take, and when will I actually get access to the wifi? I thought the activation was supposed to be instantaneous. Please help with this, as it does not seem to change at all anymore.

Hey Zula,

I'm sorry that your landline is not working yet.

Normally the setup with the modeminstallationcode should work immediatly after the technician left.

If its still not possible (even after a factory reset of the router) something seems do be wrong.
