Did Not Receive Return Slip

Hi,

I am moving abroad and I canceled my Vodafone Kabel account. I received the cancelation confirmation email with an attachment containing the return address (Rücksendeadresse) and device number (Gerätenummer). However, I did not receive any DHL return slip. Am I going to receive it separately?

Hi yavuzt,

you'll get no return slip. After the end of the contract, the device must be returned at your own expense.
