Hi, I have been experiencing an unstable internet connection daily lately for around 1 month. Since there is no customer service in English, I am seeking help here. What happens is, all of a sudden my internet connection is gone, and the internet light blinks red on the modem. Then it is connecting in around 10 minutes. After 30 minutes the same thing happens. Usually this happens 4-5 times, then the connection gets stable. This is happening every day, especially in the evenings.
I have tried turning the modem off and on. I also did reset the modem. I am not sure what exactly the problem is, but it started to become unbearable. I would be happy if you could help me somehow.
