Hello dear moderators,
I have question, I'm using the Red Internet und Phone 100 DSL. The 24 months contract expires in 4 months (02.02.2022), so what can I do to continue my contract in a reasonable price? My first year payment was cheaper (19.49 euro/month) and the second year was 42.98 euro. How much will be the price if I continue with the current service? Should I cancel and book a new 24 month one?
I would be grateful if someone can tell me the price of the service for exsiting customers. I can provide my customer number if required.
Regards,
Masoud

If you don't do anything, the price will stay as it is now. You can also see this in your order confirmation.
You can of course cancel and then get a new offer via customer recovery. However, it can only be reached by phone and in German.

Thanks for the response.
Just one more question: I have a rental a router with current contract. If I decide to continue this contract, can I return the DSL router and buy a my desired router? Or the requiremnt to return the router is to cancel the contract anyway?

Hi Masoud,
if you don't want the rental router anymore, you need to cancel the rent. After this, we will send you a return receipt. This is necessary to accept the retoure. Then the rental fee can be stopped.
When you cancel the whole contract, the router will also be cancelled and has to be returned after the contract is finished.
