Technician did not showup

Hi ,

 

I have taken a new DSL connection and got an appointment from the techinician after four weeks later. Now the technician did not show up to the appointment.  I got to know from the customer care that the technician would call me to make an another appointment but he did not call me.

 

Can some one from vodafone team take a look and get me a technican appointment as soon as possible?

Is it a DSL connection over the telephone line? A technician from Deutsche Telekom would be responsible for this, but they will not make an appointment with you.
Or is it about a cable Internet connection via the TV cable? Only there do I know the calls from the technology companies to make an appointment.

I'm sorry that the appointment seems to have failed.

If we get the reply from the telecom that the technician was unable to do his job, my colleagues from the order department contact you for a new appointment (as long as we have a valid phonenumber).

Did you get a new appointment yet?
