I am moving to Bremen and in my new address Vodafone cannot provide me with my current service. Can you please confirm to which Vodafone address I can send my außerordentliche kundigung. How long does the confirmation take?

you cand send your e-mail via our contact form: http://www.vod.af/DSLKuendigung
Tell the colleagues the new address and date of the move.
It will take a few days until you receive our confirmation.
If available you can switch to a cable connection you do not have to pay 3 more months after the end of the DSL contract then.
Alternatively, you can send me a private message. I need your name, customer number, customer password, new address and the date of the move.
