Hi,
I'm new in the country and I was trying to get an internet connection to my house.
The appointment with the technician was booked on the 26th, but this afternoon I received an email stating this:
"Hallo Flywithme,
die Bearbeitung Ihres Anschlusses wurde pausiert. Wir haben die Information erhalten, dass die
Rückrufnummer falsch ist.
Der Termin 26.11.2024 wurde storniert."
The main issue is I have no idea of what phone number they're talking about.
The secondary issues are that I don't speak German, I don't have a German phone number and the whatsapp support bot told me to wait, but nothing is happening.
Does anyone know which phone number is creating the issue and how to solve the problem?
