I have purchased new DSL package and router yet the router didnt receive to my location till now (based on DHL tracking it was sent back to you). I have tried to contact you on hontline / email yet couldn't reach you so please urgently someone to contact me by my account email / phone number (English speaker) so I can share more details about my contract and you can re-send me the router again
