My DSL internet does not work for the most of the Website

Dear Sir/Madam,

My internet was set up by a Technician guy yesterday on 23.08. Since internet has been set up I have had problems most of the websites such as Amazon, gmail etc. also  other important websites which I need connect to. Even i cannot connect vodafone forum I need to share my mobile phone internet in order to post this issue. When i tried to log in to them I have the following error : ''This site can't be reached took to long to respond''. I also attach this error to this ticket. Could you please help me asap ?

my apologies for taking so long to reply.

Sorry to hear you seem to have such a poor internet connection.

Is this problem occurring with every site you try to reach?

If so, it might help to check the router settings and improve the Wifi-connection within your home (WLAN in German).

You can find advice on this topice visiting vod.af/WLAN (only available in German, sorry).

If this doesn't help, I recommend you contact the Vodafone support team.
