Hello 

I am moving to a new house and I want to bring my vodafone connection with me to the new place as well 

and I checked that the vodafone have services in that place as well 
how can I do that ?

how long it would take ?
and right now I am using DSL connection but in the new place I have the ability to access cable internet Can I change that for the new place ?

becuase the telefone number speaks in german i can not proceed and i can speak english 
how can i submit for the moving and relocation for the service ?

there are 2 possibilities for you to tell us the moving.

 

1. You can tell us the moving online. Just follow the link and go ahead. 

2. Send us a whatsapp message to 0172 1217212 and tell us everything there.

I still haven't received any support from Vodafone. They haven't responded to me, and as a student, I urgently need an internet connection in my new house. What should I do?
