I am supposed to be getting a techician appoitnment either tomorrow or the day afterwards. However, I realized I never received an activation code for my Easybox. I tried to look it up on my MyVodafone account but nothing in the account is working. Everything keeps saying there is an error.

I do not speak any german so calling the hotline is not an option for me.

Our online service team will help and provide the activation code.
