Hello i singed up for a internet contract . The workers came 2 weeks after I singed and fixed the dsl modem online . So they send me a activization code (that i should use so the internet will work) via email , but i cant find that on my email"s . What should i do to get code again?

are u using internet via dsl or cable?
Since you've posted into the dsl board , i guess its dsl.
We can only send the welcomeletter to a confirmed email adress.
(you'll get a verification link). If the adress is not confirmed we send it via post.
Please check your Spam folder - some email providers , especialle gmail is pretty agressive marking our mails spam.
If you still can't find your welcomeletter, please send me a private message.
If possible with your dsl customernumber + chosen customer password.
I'll send you your modeminstallationcode.
