Internet activation

First of all Sorry to write down in English, I just came to Germany.

I got a message today morning that my internet is activatied, so I set up the modem and connect a cable which is delivered 2 days ago.
However, the internet is still disconnected (the led light is blinking).
I also did not the welcome letter for the registration code. Should I wait further or request to resend it?

no prob. We'll support you in english too. 😉

The DSL router does not work without the "Modem Installationscode". We send you the welcome letter via email. Did you check your inbox? If yes - take a look into your spam folder, too. Sometimes our emails will detected as spam.

I checked the inbox as well as the spam folder. Unfortunately I could not find the welcome letter. I only recieved a email about the general information of the activation of router but there is no modem installationcode.

If possible, could you send me the welcome letter?

I have the same problem. I got my router last december 20 and say that it will be activated on the 21st…  it should be up and running after setting up the router.  mostlikely 30 minutes. However, the lights are all permanent already all white and not getting any internet.  there is no english support that helps. what to do?
