Hello.
I have a DSL contract and I don't know my DSL-Kundennummer which apparently starts with 00 and it is 12 digits!
I don't have this in my contract or my email. and there is no way to contact support in English and ask this.
My SEPA DD payments are failing and cannot add my contract to MyVodafone to update it!
Can anyone support me here?
Now I am in line waiting for 15 minutes and no support
