Hello,
I recently placed an order for a DSL connection in Mannheim. After several calls from me to Vodafone, there is still no confirmation for an appointment to setup the internet. I provided address, APL box number, and the likes. There are many other residents in my apartment building who are also using Vodafone's service. And it has been roughly 4 weeks since I placed my order. I am totally frustrated with this. Not only that it is taking too long, but there was ZERO support received. All of my statuses I had to call to Vodafone myself. No one reached out to me. Why did not you ask for the APL box number when placing an order instead of waiing close to the initial appointment just so that you can cancel the appointment and have no date confirmed? I am very disappointed and I would like to cancel my order but apparently there is no clear guideline either. For a big service provider like Vodafone, this is very disappointing.
