English speaking Assistance to cancel contract... Please help!

I have contracted Vodafone DSL home internet. I have sadly been made redundant and must leave Germany. I urgently need to cancel my contract and I cannot reach an advisor on the phone who speaks English.

Does anyone have any idea how I can reach and English speakcing advisor or how I can cancel the contract?

I need to speak to someone really as I am leaving the country I would like to know if I can reduce the penalty fee for cancellation.

I'm sorry to hear that you have to leave germany 😞
There is no dedicated english speaking dsl hotline. But most agents should be able to handle a call in english.

Feel free to send me a private message with your dsl customernumber / password & the date you're leaving.

Therefore click on my name/avatar -> then the big red button on the right side.

If you are leaving germany we can cancle the contract early, without penalty fees.
