Hello,
I am trying to issue a mandate for direct SEPA debit for a DSL contract.
Following the instructions on MyVodafone, I went to edit my payment methods. However, my bank account is not german, and when I enter my IBAN I get the following message:
Sie möchten ein nicht-deutsches SEPA-Konto angeben? Dann hilft Ihnen gerne unsere Kundenbetreuung: www.vodafone.de/kontakt
The page linked has a bunch of different phone numbers, but I couldn't find any which offered assistance in english.
I was hoping someone on here could give me some assistance.

Hey mded,
is your country a part of the SEPA process?
Then , as long as the contract partner is identical with the owner of the bank account , it should work.
Please fill out this formular & sent it either via
post/letter Vodafone GmbH
Vodafone-Kundenbetreuung
40875 Ratingen Deutschland
or via Fax 0 21 02-98 65 75

Hi Andre,
The country in which I have my bank account is indeed part of SEPA.
I have filled the form and sent it via fax, but I got no receipt confirmation.
How long shold the process take, roughly? Can anything be done to check the status?

It's hard to say exactly, but it may well take ten days until your order will be carried out.
Did you include an email address to contact you?
