Hello, I have taken over the DSL contract of a preson, but so far it seems that the takeover has not been successful. At the beginning, he just directly changed me to a contact person in his O2 account, and left my contact information, and then he gave me the login account number and password, and informed me that I had successfully taken over the contract. Next only the Bank information needs to be changed. But then both of us realized that this should not be a contract assignment. So we found some relevant information on the Internet, and then we filled out the form and submitted it online. However, due to the size limit of uploaded files, the files we uploaded are very blurry. Therefore, we seriously doubt whether the contract can be transferred successfully.
