So i started my journey with vodafone 2 months ago. First i signed contract for cable internet but when montuer came to my house he told me it's not possible to connect it. Well okay then i went to vodafone local store again and they offered me DSL well sure i said. Today 21.12.2021 i had appoitment for Technishan to switch my DSL line because now i have connected different provider. I took day off at work and waited as a darn moron for the whole day just to nobody to come. Now i have no internet for 2 months since i started my contracts with Vodafone, wasted 2 month of my time on this joke company and the lady at the store said "meh it's normal with those technishans". Excuse me? How that's normal, im wasting my F@#$ time here and now i don't even know if this technican will even come on another day. Can somebody with at least quarter of brain help me to solve this? Because i swear to God im going crazy here.

I'm sorry that it is taking so long to activate your landline.
Most technicians are perfectly on time. In rare occasions an appointment may fail.
For example if the technician had an accident.

In this case its necessary that a colleage from the customer department checks why the appointment has failed (this is especially the case if for example there was no name on the door bell).

Did you already book a new appointment?
If not i suggest doing so - hereare your ways of contacting vodafone , for example via whatsapp.

Thats why i suggest contacting the customerservice. In case of a longer time without a working landline they can book an lte solution as a workadround.
