Dear Vodafone,
From long long time I have really serious speed issues (6 out of 100Mbps) in the evenings. In somehow I was managed to open ticket in the GERMAN hotline (I had a luck...) but the ticket was cloased without informing me... Today once again I tried to contact hotline but like always only German speaking service... Someone from lovely Vodafone could call me or PM me if it is possible to resolve my problem?
