DSL- Connection appointment

Hi,
Good day.
I got an appointment for the DSL internet that technicial will come at 18th July to activate the internet. Since it is too late I contatced Vodafone service from facebook and they told me that they can provide me around 500 GB to a Vodafone for 15 days before 18th July. 
I did not have a vodafone sim, so I bought one yesterday and I am trying to reach them from yesterday but did not get any reply . It is urgent to have at least to have this kind of internet before my DSL connection is activated.

Is there anyone from Vodafone service help me with that ASAP?
