Contract Cancellation - Moving out of Germany

I'm moving out of germany next week. 

Hence, I would request you to please terminate the Vodafone fixedline and DSL contract and connection from next month. I had submitted a request from MeinVodafone contract cancellation form and attached the local office de-registration document along with the request.

I'm reaching out to you here for quick help and swift processing of contract termination.
