Could you please assist me with this? Perhaps you have the wrong email contact on File. I think they i wrote the incorrect email details for me.
maybe that vodafone didn't accept the contract ordered by check 24.
e g vodafone won't accept u as a new costumer (with promoted conditions) when u've had another dsl-contract in the last 3 months

Easiest way to get quick help is to contact Check24. From my experience, they help very quickly. If you ordered via the Check24 website, you received a mail called Buchungsbestätigung with a telephone number or mail. Or log in to your Check24 account and ask this chat for a call back. Just enter "Rückruf" in the message input field and the hit "Ich möchte jetzt zurückgerufen werden" and follow the instructions.
