Hi Vodafone team!
My German is not so good. Please help me cancel my DSL connection because I have already subscribed to cablemax 1000Mbps.

I have the same problem, Andre. My German is not very good yet, and a DSL appointment was over two weeks in the future. I activated a Red Internet 500 kabel connection and I need to cancel my DSL contract since it is not activated yet. Can you or someone help? Thank you! - Phillip

sure - I'll have a look into this.
So you've ordered internet via cable (which is already active) and in addition to this internet via dsl?
I can try to cancle the order. But this is only possible roughly a week before the activation.
Please send me a private message with your dslcustomernumber,password & the customernumber from your cable contract.
