Hello, I have recently moved into a new flat and filled the relocation form on my Vodafone profile about ten days ago. I have still not heard back about whether my service can be transferred and how to proceed with that. I am not able to use the customer service line because my German is very basic, which is why I am reaching out for help here. Any help with this would be much appreciated!

Dear Michi,
Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately all the channels on the page lead to the digital assistant which only works in German. I have not been able to get in touch with an actual person to help me with this.

Yes, you are right. Thank you. I got an automated reply in German first and then a little while later got in touch with someone who helped me in English.
