some website are not reachable

Good Morning,
I was away last week, now I am back home and there is something strange with my internet connection.
My tv box wifi connected does not work and also my computer connected with lan cable can not reach some websites, same story with my mobile, I can open youtube but other apps don't work. I have already tried to reboot the router and nothing change. I have made a speed test and the only strange value is the upload: 6 M / s.
Could you please help me?
