WiFi low speed

Hi I'm new customer of vodafone DSL service since 27th April 2020 located in  20539 Hamburg. 

since first day my wifi speed is around 2-5 Mbps and my tarrif is 100 Mbps. 

I have checked with eathernet 2-3 time and speed is good with that.

I'm trying for over a week to reach to someone on customer service who can speak english but in vain.

I have also tried steps given in the following video, but it did not solve my problem.

i have to attend meetings and zoom calls and with this internet i can not. Please help me!
