Sorry if I've posted this in the wrong place but I can't figure out where to make tech support queries to Vodafone.
We have a client that uses iPads with an inhouse app which uses WebRTC for audio & video calls. Our clients are constantly reporting connection problems with the audio / video calls, even when they have good cellphone reception. Normally the first connection attempt fails, but it mostly works on a second attempt.
However, when we test from Swizerland the connectivity is good, so we suspect it's perhaps the cellular service. All of the sales people have company contracts with Vodafone.
Does Vodafone use some sort of throttling / traffic shaping / QoS that could be hindering the WebRTC connections? Or is there perhaps some sort of policy giving low priority to internet audio / video calls?

Hello pbuchi2000,
there is a throttling in the contracts when the data volume is used up. But there is no lower priority in the network for audio or video conferences.
