Hello,

My kabel WiFi is not working since three days. We have tried everything like switch on- off router, factory reset etc. Nothing works.

Request a fix as soon as possible as this this interrupting my office work. I am working from home. Please let me know how and when can this be fixed.

Hello Archana_Dwivedi,

 

we still have your data from a former thread. There are three open tasks from yesterday, which were assigned to a return path disrupter. All other devices on your line are offline as well. After the disrupter is eliminated everything should work. You will get an e mail for that.
