Hi,
2 days ago I bought the Vodafone 1 week ticket for the Homespot/Hotspot. First of all, I got charged but nothing happened. I could not connect to it as it was redirecting me to the initial page (with the options to login, or buy tickets). After 1h, I got an email saying that my order was canceled, eventhough I did not cancel it (transaction number ***). After trying calling 9 different Vodafone numbers, someone managed to tell me that the order was canceled and I would get a refund soon (no refund until this date).
Since I don't have internet in my new apartment (vodafone problems too), I decided to give the hotspot another try since I desperately need it to study/work. Bought it for the second time yesterday (transaction number ***) and it worked. Well, kinda. Every 10-15min I get disconnected and have to wait another 20min to reconnect. Plus, at the moment I am literally downloading things at around 15kb/s. That is totally unacceptable. I am not even close to getting what I paid for.
I would like to ask for a solution or a refund if a solution is not possible. (By the way, I've been trying to send this message for more than 15min since I keep getting disconnected. Had to use my data from my cellphone to be able to post this).

Hi gbernardon,
have you tried to connect to an other hotspot to see if it works there? Can you give me the Hotspot ID, where the connection does not work?
