I'm sorry for my lack of German, but I just arrived in Berlin for work and I'm having some issues with my internet connection. When I call most operators refuse to help me because I can't speak german, there was one who issued a technical support ticket and after a few hours I got a message saying that no problem was detected.
For 3 days now my router is stuck in pppoe timeout when I try to connect with my modem installation code, so I'm left without internet access even though it reports good dsl access. I would like to know where I can report this so I can have my problem fixed. Thank you very much.
