S.O.S. 7 Days with No Internet with 1000mb plan

hi dear community!

i have been trying to get help from the phone number but nobody speaks english or spanish

• my location: 90762 Fürth, Germany
• my plan: Red internet & phone 1000 cable

I have returned from holidays 1 week ago, and i found out that internet was not working - all white lights flashing fast. 

1) I followed all the steps in the wizard, 3 times

2) tried factory reset but did not work. 

3) If i try to get to the router via web 192.168.0.1, it doesn't work, not even let me login

 don't know what else to do and i need to work
