2 problems:
1 - I have tried to move one of my cable boxes to a different room and I get the message to check the cable connection and if it still doesn`t work, call Customer Service. The strange thing is that the startup program runs and the default page comes up, but, when I try to get a channel I get the check the connection message? What do I need to do
2 - Suddenly,several of my TV functions stopped working, fast forward, pause, rewind: also, all of my recorded programs have become unavailable
