Problems connecting to server through VPN

Hello, I can not connect to work my server using a VPN. I had this problem since I contracted Vodafone Cable in August 2020. I have:

- Red Internet & Phone 1000 Cable.

- Vodafone Station WiFi cable router model: tg3442de

However, if I share my mobile phone data (also Vodafone) with Hotspot and I connect my computer with it, I have no problems at all to access my work server.

I have tried to talk to a Vodafone specialist but, as I don't speak German, they told me to use the forum and I ask here the question. 

So what is the solution ??? I really need to get this fixed to be able to work.
